Executive Director (Part-Time)

The Miracle League provides a safe and fun environment where kids with disabilities can enjoy themselves and experience the camaraderie of playing baseball in a field all their own. The Miracle League removes the barriers that keep children with mental and physical disabilities off the baseball field and lets them experience the joy of America’s favorite pastime.

Job: Executive Director

Hours: Part-time, average 10 hours a week with flexible schedule

Pay: $15,000 per year

Location: Hybrid – Remote work and in person attendance required for major events and monthly board meetings in Schoolcraft. Committee meeting location and frequency TBD.


Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) leads staff, volunteers, and committees to achieve the Miracle Leagues’ objectives and funding goals. The ED leads day to day operations, strategic planning, programs, finances, marketing, community outreach and player and volunteer recruiting. With a strong passion for the mission, the ED builds relationships, leads with integrity, and values an inclusive environment where every child deserves a chance to play baseball.
